JAMES H. LUNDY has been a commercial banker in Phoenix since 1984, and is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Bank of Arizona. Jim, a lifelong Arizonan, is a graduate of the University of Arizona (B.A. ’71, J.D. ’74). He practiced law in the Navy JAG Corps and in Flagstaff prior to his banking career. He currently serves on several boards, including the Greater Phoenix Economic Council and the Arizona Bankers Association. He is married to Michele B. Lundy, M.D. The Lundys have four grown children.

MARILYN SZABO is an award-winning Phoenix artist who specializes in fine art, documentary and architectural photography. Growing up in history-rich Southern Virginia, Marilyn earned a B.A. in History from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has received numerous grants and awards, including a 1999 Arizona Commission on the Arts grant to photograph the icons of Chicano art history. In 2003, Marilyn was hired by Alliance Bank of Arizona’s founding president and CEO, James H. Lundy, to curate an ever-growing photography exhibition, At Work in Arizona, for the bank’s offices and branches.

STUART ROSEBROOK is a professional editor, writer, and historian of the American West and Public History. He has three decades of experience in journalism, education, non-profits, publishing and media production. In addition to custom-book publishing and freelance writing, he is currently the senior editor for True West magazine. Stuart, who grew up in the Southwest, earned a B.A. in History from Wake Forest University, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in History from Arizona State University. He is married to Julie E. Rosebrook, Ph.D. The Rosebrooks have two teenage children.
